Blog Stalker #15

Yes your eyes aren't decieving you- it's blog stalker on a Thurday!!! I like to keep you on your toes. So last night the stupid f-ing laptop decided it was refusing point blank to upload a certain video to YouTube which was supposed to be todays post. So instead I am bringing you Blog Stalker today and hopefully the video tomorrow (if not the laptop is getting thrown out the window). If only today was Friday... roll on shopping in Newcastle on Saturday.. first shopping trip post spending ban- you know its going to be messy.

The longest working week ever is over and done with (just about)- really don't know what has happened this week considering I've been super busy, the week has dragged. Anyway roll on 11.30 so I can finish work, get changed and then its time for the mighty Kings of Leon at the Stadium of Light Shite with Michelle and Stephy and me Treacle Muccy. By the looks of it on Facebook, everyone is going to it today. Is it wrong that I am more excited to see White Lies than KoL??

Also I have the major dilema of what to wear?? Maxi and a jacket or jeans/jacket- I'm not going for warmth/comfort, its all about looking decent to perve on the fit blokes there haha.

Can you guess where the BBB hails from?? If I can remember correctly we both started following each others blogs right from the beginning. She was also a massive tower of support last Christmas when the pair of us along with a few more bloggers did a weight loss challenge ready for the Christmas Party season. I've known Treacle for years and years from many a shift in la co-op- along with a select few others she kept me sane in there. Even though she is a skinny minnie, she's set up her own dieting blog, where she is tracking her weight loss. Why should you follow her? Cause she's my treacle and we have matching "treacle" necklaces too cause we are too cool for school.

I really love Gem's blog- her blog stands out from many of the other blogs which I follow, purely due to her writing style. Her posts always hit home, they're 110% honest, frank and most importantly from the heart. Its refreshing to see a blogger who is so open and honest with her thoughts and feelings. Another thing about Gem is that she is a fabulous talented photographer- you can see that from her weekly "this is your life" posts. Really enjoy reading her blog and the fact that she is one of the most down to earth, sweetest girls and that she will do anything for anyone. Definately worth following if your not already.

Ooo tonight is a staff night out, so this post is pre-planned as I will be sat in the hairdressers getting my colour and a well deserved cut as this is being posted. Funny old week this week- starting to look forward to next Thurs and the start of the Easter break (aka party party party). Its been a funny old week- on one hand its dragged, and then it kinda feels like its flown over. Regardless its practically the weekend, and that involves getting my hair done, and partying it up tonight and tomorrow. I'm currently half covered in Xen tan and the other half is covered in St Tropez (long story- but it involved me having "orange tights" on, I'll explain it next week).

Blog Stalker #1

So I've decided that a bit like Twitter's "Follow Friday", I'm going to start posting what used to be known as Bloglovin' on a Friday as a perminant feature (and its getting renamed as Blog Stalker).

Now this weeks is a bit different as its just the one blog I want to check out by a good friend of mine- but its a blog I know you are all going to love (espically if you love cake- who doesn't).

Now you've seen on my Valentine's day post that I have mentioned the urban myth that is my office partner in crime aka Lauren's cupcakes, which are literally THE BEST CUPCAKES known to mankind. Myself and the rest of the office are the official taste testers of Lauren's creations.

Lauren and her sister Lydia have set up a cupcake making buisness set in the North-East, and to date they've made cupcakes for birthday, retirement parties, and Lauren's own wedding cake. Now I'm trying to persuade Lauren to sell these cupcakes online in the UK so fingers crossed she will. Our office is totally split as to what our favourite cakes are (mine is the chocolate chip banana), however they are all delicious.

Above is the infamous cake pops minus the sticks- one of these is never enough, I could eat them all day.
