You Spin Me Right Round...

Quick outfit of the day for you, I think I'm having a bit of an obsession with sheer shirts at the moment. Looking through my wardrobe I have about 7, including this shirt below from Primark. I wish I'd gotten this a size smaller as it keeps hanging off my shoulders. I think I may have found a new place to take photos as the light is way better.

On another note- JEMs waters have been broken at 5am this morning and she's pretty out of it as she's had her epidural. Thats all what I've heard from her so fingers crossed babyJEM will be here by the end of the day. I'm hoping she hurrys up and pops her out, as her brother is going back home to NZ on Sunday. I think JEM is well and truely sickend off now as her facebook status updates are on about how she wants to be at home eating bree, or it could be due to the drugs kicking in.

Sheer Shirt- Primark.
White Vest (underneath)- Topshop.
Flared Jeans- Topshop (from years ago- finally managed to fit back into them).
Belt- All Saints.
Glasses- Ray Ban.

Oh here's another cheeky Take That photo for you..
Erm could I be any closer to the front?? Nope haha.

The infamous Blog Stalker will be back tomorrow.

There'll be trouble when the kidz come out.. (edited)

As you read this and JEM's post below, I should be recovering from seeing my beloved Take That, so like the good blogger I am, I've pre-scheduled todays posts. Another aspect which you wanted to see on the blog was more hauls, now as you know I buy a lot of clothes and I never post pictures of them, bar from the occasional night out photos. I think the items below are all the clothes etc I've bought this month, I really can't remember as due to Primark and Topshop's dodgy sizing I've returned quite a lot of items.

So what have I been spending my dough on this month...
Topshop.
Sheer Polka Dot Shirt via Ebay (you can see an ootd with it here)
Lemon Flower Print Twist vest (warning this is small fitting across the old boobage, so I got mine 2 sizes bigger).

New Look Skinny Leg Jeans-  I hate New Look sizing for Jeans, I couldn't get my normal size over my knees. Not happy about this, but I needed some light coloured jeans to wear for Take That and Primark didn't have any light jeans in.
Primark Long Gold Necklace- only £3.50 and it looks very similiar to the one I bought for £12 from Topshop last year. Mr T eat your heart out.

Primark Satchel- bargain at £9. I needed an across the body bag ready for Take That and this fit the bill. I know there is a lighter version of this bag (I'm sure Hayley has it), however I prefer the Tan. You can get loads in it.
Primark Maxi Dress- had to get this 2 sizes smaller as it looked like a tent on, however I love the colour and for £9 you can't be robbed. I can't believe how long Primark maxi dresses are, considering I'm 5'10" and this trails on the floor for me. Think this may get an airing out this week.

and finally..
Sexy Shoes from New Look.
They're peep toe, have a massive platform and heel, are suede and for a bargainious £19.99 it is love!!

So those are some of my buys this month, come tomorrow this won't be the case, bring on the spending ban.

*note*
Had to edit the post to include a sneaky peek of yesterday's concert (I'll do a proper post soon). Right at the front- hell yeah!!
JASON, GARY AND HOWARD TOUCHED ME!!!
I could have died!!

Still no BabyJEM over a week overdue now.

Peskyness

So blogger is refusing to upload my fabulous picture of my latest Topshop wants. You will have to make do with a picture of moi from Saturday night when I was out with Kayleigh. This photo was taken mid-beautiful man perving in Buddha, and I do not like how pale the flash has made my face. Obviously as Kayleigh doesn't know about the blog, I've cut her off. I don't even like this photo but I'm putting it up anyway- I feel like I look old.

Also- this photo gives a good representation of how red my hair goes when I use the Revlon Nutri Colour Creme. I'm going to do a proper red hair care maintenance post soon. Plus I hate lack of air con in bars, my curls always drop out half way through the night- grrrrr.

Floral Dress- Top de la shop
Hair extensions- www.buyhair.co.uk
(Not seen)
Tan Belt- Primark
Watch- Asos
Bangles- Ebay/Primark.
Black Shoe Boots- Dorothy Perkins.
Bag- Chanel Medium/Large Caviar bag (black, silver hardware).

Day one of back on the uber diet- GIVE ME CHOCOLATE NOW!!!

Roll on tomorrow

Even though when you read this I should be out shopping with Holly for bridesmaid shoes, but tomorrow is my favourite day of the month- PAYDAY!!!

As I need to start putting money towards Holly's hen do, I am having to cut my spending right down this month. These are the very few items which have caught my eye (I've been avoiding online shopping like the plague).

Topshop and Primark's finest.

Watch me have spent a fortune shopping today...

Primani S/S 11

Considering its freezing outside, its that time of the year again when the Cruise collections are already in store, and S/S collections start to sneak in. I had to double take in Topshop on Sunday as bikinis are now in stock, cause the one thing I really want to buy when its bloody freezing and I have a xmas related spare tyre on me is a bikini. Not.

Anyway as I am about to go have a primark rampage with a pregnant hormonal woman (aka JEM) I thought I would share the following pieces from their S/S campaign with you which I am in love with. However is it me or are the prices starting to creep up??

So what are my picks for S/S 2011...

Left- Lace trim tee £8 due in store end Jan, Printed cotton bow short £5 due in store mid March, crochet shoe boot £14 in store now. I really love these shoe boots, not 100% sure on the tee, would rather see it in person first.
Right- Pleat skirt midi dress £17 due in store end Feb, Floppy straw hat £4 due in store end Feb, Patent platform £12 in store now. Love the midi dress- makes me want to go for a picnic. Tried the shoes on in store, really like them- shame they scuff like a bitch :(

Left- 50’s printed skirt £16 due in store end Jan, Crochet crew jumper £16 due in store beg. Feb, Sling back bow kitted heel £10 due in store mid Jan. This skirt is something I think JEM would wear for work, actually I would be very suprised if she didn't buy one for post baby.
Right- Shell frill sundress £9 due in store end March, Interwoven wedge £18 due in store end March, Retro glasses £2 due in store mid November, Retro sunglasses £2 due in store end Jan, Cup shape straw bag £7 due in store end March. Not too keen on the accessories with this outfit. However I want this dress for work- cute grey cardi and a belt- perfect.

I'm not going to lie here- when I saw these two dresses I actually did a little squeal at my desk, and proceded to show the office, and then did a 5 minute ramble of how I could wear these. I feel sorry for the lads in the office at times. I need the sundress in my life- roll on the end of March (perfect outfit- Easter bank holiday haha).

Left- 2 in 1 chiffon midi £15 due in store end Jan, Cork platform £12 due in store end March.
Right- Shell frill sundress £9 due in store end March, Interwoven wedge £18 due in store end March, Retro glasses £2 due in store mid November, Retro sunglasses £2 due in store end Jan, Cup shape straw bag £7 due in store end March.

Why do the good things come in the shops when you're on a spending ban from 1st January. Booooo.

Whats your thoughts on the new Primark collection?? Yey or Ney xx

Primark Look Book A/W 10

Due to being forced to drink the evil pink stuff aka rose, I'm feeling a little bit delicate to say the least. I always say on a night out- don't let me drink rose, and what magically appears in my hand- a glass of the stuff. Cue me getting drunk and causing scenes (of the epic variety).

Anyway, totally forgot I had these on my computer- these are my favourite looks- enjoy. You know its going to be affordable as its Primark. The quality looks good in the photos- however its Primark, somethings look good and then the material is nasty. Just one of those things.

JEM's Bargain Basement Corner

Hiya peeps,

Just a quick note from me to tell you why I love Primark more than life (and no, this isn't about my all-in-one romper suit pyjamas for a change).

Which would you rather:

This gorgeous Karen Millen strapless satin pencil dress, for £165.00
OR..

This lovely Primark copy for less than 1 10th of the price!! Cost me £12.99

Hmm, I believe this is what they call a 'no brainer' - of course I would love to have a wardrobe full of Karen Millen goodness but until that winning lottery ticket comes about, I'll be quite happy in my Primarni copies!

By the way, I am having a clear-out of some party frocks to make way for new stuff, please check out my ebay sale.

TTFN,
JEM

Two black toes later...

Well Manchester was BRILLIANT!! Hope you enjoyed the guest blogging while I was aware (big thank you to JEM, Lea and Steph). I have some pictures on my camera to share with you, however sods law that my camera battery dies 3 photos into the night. Typical.

Anyway I thought I would share with you my purchases, or should I say lack of them. I love Manchester shopping probably cause they have AA, Urban Outfitters and then the holy grail of shops my personal fav- Selfridges. No Chanel bag for me- very disapointed with the selection they had. Tried on the Hermes cuff however they had no baby blue ones- more money saved there.

What is the matter with me haha.

First up, I bought this cute pussybow blouse in Primark for £10- how cute are the horseshoes. The blouse is more of a light pink colour- it doesn't show up that well on my camera. Already had lots of compliments about this.

I've had my eye on this tee since Feb however the £55 price tag had put me off, however Saturday must have been my lucky day as it was reduced down to £9.99 in Urban Outfitters. I bought it in a large so its quite baggy on me, and I'll be taking the scissors to it as I want it to be a vest.

I adore ghetto (yellow) gold and as soon as I saw this vintage esq watch I had to have it. Only £16. Again from UO.

Final purchases was on the MAC counter. Now I'm going to York Shopping Outlet in early December as they have a Cosmetic Discount Store which sells Mac- the aim is to buy the eyeshadow pallette and fill it up with the shadows from the outlet and stock up on blush and lipsticks then. However I have had my eye on these for a while and wasn't prepared to wait until December.

Satin Taupe and Print and swatches (print is on the top). I am in love with Print, makes a really dark smokey eye.

Finally I was after another nude lipstick and I know many of you highly recommend Myth and Hue. So I ended up buying Hue.

I tried to do a swatch but my Blackberry couldn't pick the colour up properly. Although as you probably will have seen it on other blogs, I don't need to do a swatch.

So that is my Manchester goodies (oh not forgetting Krispy Kremes)- spending wise I was quite good even if I say so myself xxxx
