India vs England: Battle begins for Test supremacy | india vs england live streaming

India and England will play their 100th Test match with an eye on master blaster Sachin Tendulkar's 100th International hundred here at Lord's on Thursday.

The match will also add another chapter in the 134-year-old Test cricket history as it is the 2000th match.

Apart from this, the four-match Test series will also decide the supremacy in the Test cricket. Visiting Team India has been ruling the Test cricket since 2009 and now England has a chance to topple them from the top post.

Dubbed as a landmark Test match, the encounter between the Dhoni brigade and Strauss army here at historical Lord's ground is expected to be a tight one.

It will be a encounter between best batting line-up vs most potent pace attack. All eyes will be on India's Fab-3, Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid and VVS Laxman. The Trio is eagerly waiting to cross the three digit mark at the Mecca of Cricket.

On the other hand, English skipper Andrew Strauss has said that his side can produce "something special" to beat India in the four Test series and become the top-ranked team in the world.

Former Australian captain Steve Waugh feels that India can win the Test series and wants to see Tendulkar scoring 100th ton. Waugh said that the series will be an encounter between Strauss and Indian pacer Zaheer Khan.

However, Dhoni said that team is not focusing on Tendulkar's 100th ton but the occasion will be celebrated if master blaster reaches the milestone.

Meanwhile, the tickets of the historical 2000th Test match has been completely sold out and a jam-packed stadium will watch the grand cricketing battle, beginning from 3.30 pm (IST) on Thursday.
